Pygame Book Arrived!

As I mentioned the other day I was lucky enough to be selected by Apress publishers to review a new Python / Pygame programming book. The book seems to cover even more than I expected, including 3D with openGL. I am really looking forward to this and I should have the review up here on the blog site for you in about 2 weeks. The author, Will McGugan turns out to be another Scotsman living in England like myself, I’ll try not to let that bias my review ;-)

    I am from Alloa, but oddly enough my mate (Angus the PolarBear) lives in Arbroath now but he is from Bannockburn.

    Yes I live in the frozen, bleak and parochial north - Arbroath.

    Just round the corner for the Lochlands pub, who sell very nice but expensive beer.

    Really is a small world, Elliot street is right beside me. I live in Russell Square.
    I’m not originally from around these parts, have all my own teeth and they are not worn around my neck in a necklace to ward of the bad hoodoo.
