Cleveland Win in odd game
I felt a sense of surrealism on Sunday night as a last moment, long distance field goal was declared no good (hit crossbar) and then after review was apparently over enough to count even though it fell backwards. First time I ever seen such a thing but as the coach of the Browns said - the ball is an odd shape so strange things can happen. Actually he called the ball “oblong” but I suppose I know what he means. The FG tied the game (that the Browns should have had sown up anyway IMNSHO) and the Browns went on to win in overtime.
Cleveland are still in the thick of the playoff race and could still win the division - Pittsburgh lost at the weekend which helped…
